Fam they just deleted my post

Its not a replacement order before the order was processed and sent out the door i asked for a refund because the situation that it was for was over so they ask for order number skipped hella orders and processed and sent my order out the door and said if I want a refund I had to send it all the way back to them and when they get it they will process the refund and thats gonna take alot of time Im very disappointed

Yeah I think its probably hard for her as all her employees are family...however business is business. I would love to order in the future but at this point...it won't be for another couple years due to my bad experiences plus the custom fees they've introduced. I was also paying for the IG subscription but thr last two months there hasn't been any new content so money has kinda gone down the drain. The candles are amazing and have changed my life, I just wish we were shown a bit more respect 🙏🏾

I understand what I read the first time. I’m just saying why it might have been deleted.

They deleted my 1st post because my order was never prepared nor shipped to my and i red the faq on refund it dont say nothing about refunds not being issued for unprepared order and I emailed them 1st and they denied me I just decided i didnt want the order I understand if it was shipped to me and I tried to get refund ok but it was never prepared or shipped at all so you tell me where is the wrong here on my part
