Yes. My status still says pending although my package was supposed to be delivered last Wednesday. They gave me the run around then pretty much told me they don't know where my package is and I need to contact Lala. Email OrderIssues@theconjure.com and they will help.

Yes my manager did somebody mustve got hip to lala n stole her package she think it happened in delivery though

I also seen a situation where fed ex ppl would change address destination on lala packages when it’s in route. N get it delivered to a new address last min n when u check it say delivered but see where was it actually delivered. People are getting crazy

I had this issue last month don’t know where the package was delivered but it wasn’t to my address and I listed in correctly… FedEx workers are lazy ordered from someone else same issue and seen the truck leave but no package they delivered it to the building they don’t take time to make sure they have the right building number smh I went and got that package but the conjure package is still a mystery

Yes. They lied and said my street # was incorrect. Not sure if they were holding it because another package was being sent.

Yes sometimes if they are in the area - they will say it is delivered but it will take a few minutes

I’ve never had issues with them but some times they will scan the whole truck as delivered, if it doesn’t show up tomorrow contact them.
