FedEx

That’s understandable but they have yet to start the process to return it. I’ve called three times and only thing FedEx could tell me is that they will update the system to have it returned….which should have been done when they told me it was in process. It’s been two weeks and it’s still sitting in their warehouse by my house. I’m starting to think it was stolen and they just marked it as damaged

That could be the case too. I’ve seen workers be fired for stealing a lot of the bath and body works packages

Ugh it just really sucks because I need those candles like yesterday to protect my baby and then this happens 😔. Is there anyway I would be able to go there and see if the package is actually there

That app is not a good tracker mine never updated that my package was on the way at all so after it was delivered like a day or 2 later it then said delivered. 🙄🤔

It’s been stuck on this since the 23rd

It gives me an error when I try to, something about it not being insured which I know isn’t true. So I sent an email but was told they’ll send a replacement once they receive the damaged package
