Fedex lost my package...

I'm feeling defeated. I, ironically, used the last bit of money I had to buy a Good Fortune candle last week. I live in the same city as Lala, so I figured it wouldn't be too long of a wait.

I didn't know FedEx was being used. I don't typically mess with FedEx because they ALWAYS lose my packages. They marked my package as delivered, but the truck never even came into the neighborhood. I made a claim and they basically said "oh well its lost, contact the seller." And I'm not sure how long it takes for the emails to be checked, but I haven't had any responses at all from Lala's team and I couldn't find a number to call.

I was really counting on this candle. I've been a spiritualist for years, but this was the first time I've bought another person's products because I'm weak in this particular area, and this happens.

Mine was stolen by USPS they told me to contact the conjure for them to open a claim, hoping I hear from them & have this resolved as this was an order from June & it has me worried about all my recent orders & going through the stress of them suddenly going missing its been a two week process & still not resolved

I am so sorry! That is some of my biggest fears as well. I ordered a lot never had an issue with delivery until now. I’ve ordered so much. I’m reading a lot of disappointing things online about people in the hundreds that have never received their money back or their nor a response over the years. It shocks me because Lala comes across very caring, methodical and for POC who support the conjure and its cause so diligently. I don’t think it’s her intention is to allow this to happen to them. I have hope and faith she’ll find a solution for us all. We depend on her more than she knows.

I honestly wish I had a Job to be the person who communicate with you all and tracks down packages that were lost and file a claim or send out the order again. I love solving problems and I live to serve.

They have mine 5 days all around the place, saying it’s out for delivery every day. Then they said i am not home and someone always home. Waiting today again and it’s my Intense unhex halo healing don’t know the reason for that 🙀

That sounds like a private contractor for the USPS has the package and hasn't delivered it yet. When they pick it up, it scans "out for delivery". Sometimes they pick up a large number of packages and it takes a while to deliver them all.

Sorry, you're going through this. As a spiritualist, you know the enemy will weigh you down. Do not declare defeat. Try to do some cleansings and reversals on your own until this is rectified. Things will work out for you. Also, check out Lala's fiery wall of protection asap.

Hello! I’m sorry this happened to you. Fed ex lost my package too a month ago. Lala resent my package for free it’s a one time policy and I’m so grateful for her and her team. Don’t be discouraged. Just keep emailing them and they will get back to you! You got this sis!!
