These are my first spelled candles and I tried my best to follow each instruction and remember my chant, As i chanted over and over, something came over me, i couldn’t help but cry. Idk what it was but i didnt even feel much sadness, i just felt tears run down. I feel also drained, Im hoping for a good outcome with halo, I am burning mars next. Wish me luck
I often get overcome with emotion when doing spell work and I often get tingles in my hands and feet that last for days at a time. These are signs that the energy is moving through you, go with it but I recommend grounding and/or meditating afterwards. Even sitting down with a cup of tea for a few quiet moments to reflect can do a lot of good.
