Hi Lala,

I received my order today, and thereâ€™s been a mix-up. Instead of the ETHER CONJURE OIL | 11 Savage Spells that I ordered, I received 11 Love Spell Body Oil, which I definitely did not purchase.

I am really worried because I am leaving the country soon, and I need the correct item before I go. Can you please correct this and arrange for the proper item to be sent to me immediately?

I appreciate everything you do and would be really grateful if this could be sorted out quickly. Please let me know as soon as possible.

I have a question now I have a halo & unhex candle and the oil. My question is now once my candle is gone and I want to use the newer items like the crossroads alchemy plate can I use my halo oil body or even the ether oils prior to using the plate ?

Good Morning,

I'm hoping that I can finally PLEASE get a response on my order for $289. on December 14th. Order number 227341. I've left over 5 messages and no response. I placed a second order on December 26th and I have that order being delivered today but my BIG order on December 14th it just says confirmed without any update. My dec. 4th order just got pulled today for processing. Once I noticed the perfumes didn't begin shipping in the the middle of December like she said they would, I figured I wouldn't see a shipment with those items in it until January possibly February. I can't wait to see how long it's finna take to get these altars and plates smh 😩

I ordered the newbie cleansing bundle I started with unhex I burned it for about 7 hours then went to halo burned seven hours then crossroads 7 hours. Do you have to burn them out completely?

Yes I burned unhex 7 hours then burn the other like 6 7 days later it’s usually a week apart but none are burned completely

I burn my candles for at least 3 days...and its still alot of wax left over to burn another time.

I have a question is anyone knows, I ordered candles but I’ve since had to move so my question is can I cancel Or change the delivery address somehow?? I’d much rather change the address if possible because I don’t think I’d ever get the package once it gets to that house
