I'm hoping that I can finally PLEASE get a response on my order for $289. on December 14th. Order number 227341. I've left over 5 messages and no response. I placed a second order on December 26th and I have that order being delivered today but my BIG order on December 14th it just says confirmed without any update. This is my last resort to try to get communication because I don't want to cancel and contact my bank because I want my order but an update will do. PLEASE RESPOND... PLEASE
