I can't find the original thread but I'm checking to see if anyone has received any feedback from the company on when we can expect to receive our missing oils? I still have yet to receive a response from my email from last week so I'm hopeful that someone knows something. 🙏🏽🔥
I never revived mines neither, even with a back up email they sent out. I gave up.
They responded to my email at the time saying it would be sent out separately, but I never received it. It's been over a year now, and I still haven't received the oil. Looks that way for a lot of us...
Soooooo did anyone get their oil or no? Sucks because I really wanted to try it and was the only reason I placed an order when I did smh
Hey all! Still haven't received my oils and still haven't received a response from customer service so I came over here and hoped to see positive updates. I hope this is not true what I'm seeing... now they are retracting their original statement and still have yet to send anyone their oils?
Sooooooo, Apparently, the free Supreme 8 offer was only if you ordered on the 11th, according to the Conjure staff's response to me. I made my order on the 12th (am) and ONLY ordered because of the offer !!! Seriously folks ?!?!
I have so many emails back and forth about my orders that I dont remember what date that free S8 promo was. BUT i certainly ordered......Can someone tell what the date that promo was on?? Thanks in advance...
Hey all! Just heard about the Conjure closing down. 😳 😞 Any chance that anyone has received their missing S8 oils yet?
I placed orders in July. One order had the incorrect candle in it. I reached out to order issues and the apologized and said they'd reship. It's been over a month and still hasn't shipped. My next order placed on July 8th, shipped August 17th and has been stuck in Duluth Post Office. I have sent several emails about my orders and I receive the same auto email response. So i reached out to file a claim with the Post Office. They investigated and said they do not have the package in their possesion, and i mentioned that to Order Issues but they sent me a tracking number.
I have received two orders placed after my July 8th order; one had major oil spillage and another one was missing an item. I emailed about that and received the same reply. I have a few more orders but I'm slowly feeling like it's a lost cause because I saved up to purchase these items but yet I can't even seem to get any type of resolve.
Well I didn't even receive the courtesy of a response from my email that was sent over a week ago. 👀🧐
I'm just going to put this out of my mind and chalk it up to a loss if it is not honored. I am choosing to not expend any more of my time on this. It is what it is and unfortunately there's nothing that we can do about it at the end of the day.

I got an email back and they said they will be shipping the supreme wealth 8 oil separately
I just got my package with the missing oil yesterday and sent my email same day, so no response yet since there hasn't been enough time.
I received an email stating they would send it out but not an exact date of when it will be sent
I did get an email response and was informed it would be shipped seperately. They are really good about sending items that are missing from an order.
She must have deleted it because I didn't and I have not received it yet. They said it was coming in a seperate order so we'll see.
Hmm.. the original thread was deleted. 🙄 So either someone said something they shouldn't have, or someone got tired of us talking about it. 🤷🏽♀️
