I can’t find lalas message regarding the fulfillment center so I hope it’s ok to make my own post. I ordered on the wix app September 9 but it’s still awaiting shipment and I thought with the fulfillment center the orders were getting out sooner. I read in lalas post that someone made a comment saying the app takes longer, is this true? I am in no hurry I always get my candles and am pleased with the work I just want to know for future reference.

No it's not the app that takes longer. They were not shipping earliest to oldest when they recieved all my products. They are definitely doing so now so your 9/9 order would be a priority this week. After today I'll have about 1000 left unfulfilled which we can get out this week. The hold up is not fulfillment it's been supplies. I'm cleaning everyone out and having trouble with people being able to keep up with my volume. This last 1000 we can get out easily tho. We have everything now. Thanks for your patience 🖤
I believe the only hold up was indeed the switch. You're package may be on the way. And it may show up without tracking so just get ready for it. If you haven't already you cam email orderissues@theconjure and put urgent in the subject they will indeed get back to you. ❤
