Hello everyone. Not sure how to began but I did have a few questions regarding Halo. This is my first time being around such a powerful candle. I am using it to enhance, strengthen my psychic abilities/ gifts, along with Papa Lega & 4th Pentacle of Jupiter. Ive done my chant, my altar, & followed with the booklet. Whenever I walk by I acknowledge the candle, and my angels, spirit, ect but find when I say my chant I feel to add another prayer, or petition. Is that ok? Like I started to open up removing evil from MB&Soul but throughout the day I'll add financial stability, later I'll add good health because I am underweight... Is that okay? Could I be asking for too much atop of my enhancing? Also I have been with a non stop headache that won't go away and slight cramping and aches. I know that is my body purging. I hope to get a response thank you.

Halo makes some people get headaches or nausea, but its temporary, and part of the purge. I usually think of my chants/petitions ahead of time so i can just say it all at once. But everyone is different. If i were you i would do Papa after Halo, and ask him whatever you want. Be sure to ask him to grant you access to other Lwas. Then you can do 5thPOM. Make sure you follow with a protection candle like Mars or do a protection ritual. Good luck
