So halo has been burning since Friday, just a few mins ago it was down to the very last bit of wax, and as the herbs started blazing you could see white smoke. I kept my eye on it because it didn't look like it was going out a about a min or two went by and the glass broke and it was a big blaze, thank goodness I had water near by😳 I poured a tiny bit of water on it, it made a big poof and went out. I'm glad I was here watching it. This was my first time burning a candle and I left it burning the entire time since lighting it Friday. In the future I will be snuffing candles out if I will not be home. For some reason I felt that would happen......I've been watching it all day as it was dwindling down. Anyone else experience this or know why this would have happened?

Same thing happened to me!
For me, anytime its near the metal plate i snuff. Sprit has granted request despite there being wax left.
Well, I have burned all kinda candles and have left my candles for days burning nonstop and left the house and all, and I am so grateful that none of this has happened to me. Although, it crosses my mind while I'm away, I'm very relieved that when I come back to my room, everything is still in one piece and intact. I just love my spirit team! My candles are ALWAYS safely burning! It could be the surface that it's being used on. I always have them on aluminum foil and it's on a wooden table...idk🤷🏾♀️
I burned my halo and it did the same thing. Mine burned for the entire 3 days I let it burn all the way through because I didn’t want to snuff it out. Once it broke the flame just smoldered out. It’s probably because it gets too hot.
Looks like Ms. Lala answered this earlier: "The instructions say to snuff it when the flames get too hot and out of hand or this can happen."
Same thing happened to me.. I burned halo on Friday.. all the way thru & burned great the entire time, i begin to watch it once it got low.. I knew I should’ve snuffed it once it got really low but I wanted it to go out on its own & all of a sudden it broke.. I was sitting right there & it scared me a lil but in my heart I just knew that it got too hot & my job was completed
The herbs love
I'm terrified to leave the house with a candle burning. That's just me.
Same next candle 🕯 wonder if o can put it in a clear bowl Of water to keep it from over heating
The instructions say to snuff it when the flames get too hot and out of hand or this can happen.
This happened to me too only I got nervous and snuffed it before it broke or set off the smoke alarm. The glass plate it was on broke into 3 or 4 pieces and scared me though. It was around 3 am, so glad I woke up before it was any more drama. I'm starting to think some of this glass breaking has to do with these big, tall flames and the heat from burning longer than 6 hours. 🤷♀️
Same happened to me. I’m not too sure why. Maybe it took a Big Bang for us
