I think the USPS site is broken. Mine still says pre-shipment for that day also. I got an email on Thursday from LaLa that said it was finally shipped. I’ve been tracking it via the link in that email and it’s already in MA. However USPS tracking said it’s not even gone out. Did you order 2POM? That’s what held up my order. She posted about it on IG earlier in the week.
Yes once she starts working on your order she prints the shipping labels and you get alerted. Once it actually ships it will change and you usually get it within a week or so
Be patient. There was 1500 orders that day.
