Its been three months and I still haven't received my full boxing day order...customer service eventually re-sent the order and I'm still waiting however they didn't include the half price discount which means I will have to pay over £200 in custom fees for it to be released. I cannot afford to pay this...when customs return my order back to the states, will I get a refund? I've had alot of stress with customer services the last few months and I just want to leave it alone for now and get my money back
