I Know Lala mentioned that there was an issue with the Shea butter used for the Eriss soufflée a month or so ago and that there would be replacements. I’ve been following up and I was told I would be receiving it soon. I ordered this a long time ago. I have a few friends who have received theirs but I am wondering about everyone else’s Time line. I keep trying to remain positive but it’s frustrating. Ive waited months in the past and most issues have always been resolved so I was remaining positive but I’ve never waited this long nor sent this many emails and photos.

Instead of resolving the issue. They minimize it.
I’ve had broken candles. Missing oils. Unlabeled candles. I shouldn’t have to beg for soufflées to be replaced when they smelled like Urine. Going yo the customer service. It’s ream shame.
Any updates? Has anyone else received a replacement yet? This thread is about two weeks old. I am just wondering where I am on the list because I was told they were on the way.

I don't know. I know some people who have gotten them and they said they look like the old formula. I got one of 10 that was the correct formula. It was a little more pink but the smell was the old formula and it worked like the ones from before.
I've been emailing them for months and months. It was my understanding there was a recall. I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem or received their replacements or had the same issues I am having with getting my replacements. I let a lot of stuff go but it is really just the principal and that I've been a loyal customer for what is now years.
It took more than a month to get mine. But I still think it’s another incorrect one. Since it’s really strong the smell and the quality doesn’t seem right.
There are probably a lot of people asking for replacements, although you were the first one to mention anything....I hope you get your replacements soon.
Does this mean the ones we had won’t work?
