Received my order from Lala yesterday and in it was one of her intense halo healing promo candles. After a few moments of silence and a brief prayer, I lit the candle. The herbs began to catch flame and I didn’t think anything of it. Soon the whole candle was one big flame. The flame grew and worried me so I took a lid from a pot and smothered it. After smothering it, I noticed that it was beginning to crack at the top and after I got the flame out, wax from the candle started to seep through the candle’s center. Is this normal? I’ve been a customer of Lala’s for sometime and this has never occurred before. Did the herbs catching fire cause this to happen? Thoughts?

Yes, as long as you follow Lala's instructions. Her work is still in the candle.
Don’t let it go for waist. Get your self another container and a warmer girl. No since is intense., separate the candle before you warm them.
@Marquita Burnett why don’t you break the glass to separate from the candle and put it in another candle jar

I was on FaceTime with Marquita when it happened
I was confused about the brown wax as well Cuz I know that candle is white and blue. That’s so weird. 🤔
The wax is blue on the bottom and white on top. In the thousands of candles I've poured and seen I never seen anything like that. Not sure what the brown is. The entire candle doesn't get that hot from just lighting it a few minutes on top.
True, I paid for mine that's why I'm getting a candle warmer! LOL!!
I haven't tried it yet, but you are basically just programming the candle with your specific intention.
The flames touching the sides of the glass for an extended period of time will cause the glass to become unstable and crack. This would not be an issue with a candle warmer, but I would only use the warmer if I could no longer light the candle. I saw a post from Lala on IG or on her website that she was gping to start using large tin containers for the XL candles. If that's the case thos will no longer be an issue.
If it catches fire prematurely it won't help, the candle in the pic I posted was in water.
If you get a candle warmer you may be able to finish it.
My Ahari broke at the end not beginning
Anytime that the herbs catch fire prematurely the glass will crack all the way around, it happened to me last week with my healing candle. It should've burned for about 3 or 4 more hours.
If you don't the glass will crack from the intense heat.
I had this issue with Ahari. If the herbs are too close to the wick they will catch fire. I just snuff it and use a butterknife or something to move the herbs away from the wick, then relight and chant.
No never🤞🏽
