There’s a saying, “Faith without works is dead.” Prior to be introduced to Lala’s candles I spent a great deal of my time working on my own healing. Therapy, shadow work, gaining & mastering emotional intelligence and self love. It’s been quite a journey. Lala’s candles have truly been the icing on the cake. As I’ve seen it stated MANY times before on this forum, it is important to heal yourself before attempting this work. It’s a book for self mastery to help with unlearning the lies we’ve been told to believe about ourselves and others.
