Heard an ancestor/spirit guide speak to me!

So I’ve recently started my spiritual journey with all of this as it is within my family line for sure and I started with halo and just finished crossroads Sunday evening. Halo took the full 3 days to burn completely and go out and crossroads only 2 days. Well this morning something unusual happened... I had just woken up went to use bathroom and as I walked back into my bedroom and closed my door to get ready for work, I hard a soft male whisper say “Ase”! I looked back to my door but realized my daughter was the only other person awake in the house and she was in the kitchen and does not sound like a man! I then realized she knows nothing about the word “Ase” and I know what I heard clear as day! It kind of freaked me out. I have a co-worker/friend who also practices and follows Orisha spirituality/lukimi and she is my in person turn to person for me. She said not to respond to make sure it’s a good ancestor or spirit guide and to just go about my day normally. It was so unusual and I’ve never been through this! I’m excited for my new profound path!
