Did you get Papa Legba? You have you go through him before you can light her
Her instructions are not in the booklet she came with a card...that has detailed instructions on it.
May be best to email the info team because she and Papa have their own cards also search her name in the discussions amd reviews bc someone previously posted her card for those without one
