What does it mean if i never have dreams at night ? I never have dreams and i find it odd. Does it have a meaning to it? I wanna dream and be more connected spiritually thru dreams but it doesn’t even happen. Help please

First, everyone dreams EVERY night. Everyone just doesn’t recall them. That has to do with REM sleep and your brain’s activity.Of course during sleep, the brain (the subconscious) is very active. Dreams can happen in all the stages of sleep, but you are most likely to remember them during the REM stage (this is the one right before you wake up).Certain things can affect REM sleep. One of those things is cannabis. Cannabis shortens/inhibits REM sleep, thus making it more difficult for you to REcall/REmember dreams.Some medicines can affect sleep too.For better dream recall, look into nootropic (brain) supplements, cell salts (minerals) and certain dream herbs.
