Yes the same thing happened to me i was missing 2 candles..i sent an email and i did receive a reply i sent a pic of what was in my box but i never recieved my candle or anything else after so i didn't want to keep emailing her ....so i just ordered the candles again

I love her and love the fact she has taken the time to share her gifts with the world. She such a beautiful soul💛Because honey even tho I’ve been awaiting a response for some time now I’ve placed I think 3 more orders since. Received one today
