I would dispose of it like any other candle that completed the task. Follow whatever your initial instinct told you do.
Was the candle broken when you received it or did it break while being lit?
I would suggest using a candle Warmer and pouring it into another glass with a wick.
I feel like you should never use broken glass. It's dangerous and could carry negative energy. You should email orderissues@theconjure.com with urgent in the subject line if it happens again
I think you should dispose of it. Looks to me as though your situation has been resolved 🙃. Somethings move faster than others.

You could try putting tape around the candle to seal it so the wax won’t continue to spill. I had a good fortune candle come cracked and that’s what I did so I wouldn’t have a mess. ( mine wasn’t as bad of a break as yours )
