How should I proceed?

I have 2 court battles going on at the same time. One for full custody of my daughter and another one against the roofing company for not completing the job. I have a huge amount of evidence for both cases.. I haven't gone to court yet for any of them. What should do to make sure this goes in my favor? Thanks in advance 🥰
