How to burn Sweetening in lovers return

Do you burn sweetening on yourself or your target when doing the lovers return work? My instinct is telling me to burn on myself that in my situation I need the sweetening I have been very harsh with words over the past four years. Has anyone else ever has this experience???

I have burned halo for me and my target. I am going to be burning healing tomorrow I was going to focus it on me should I burn 6 hours for me and then 6 hours for him? Do I wait three days in between? I am planning on sweetening after healing then da then rekindle.I am planning on ordering Ahari and burning that after rekindle. Then was thinking 2nd pom to remove his will of hurt to forgive me... my instinct is telling me to heal myself first then him. Happy manifesting to you too!

I would have to think about that one. I usually take the chants that Ms. La La has in the book and add to them or change it up. Looking at the book I would say something along the lines of

"Sweeten my tongue and words in all forms of communication with (target's Name)."

I love that!! Thank you! I use what is in the book as well just trying to make it my own I know that I have caused my target pain with my words pain he is still hanging on. It’s my defense Mechanism I now see what I am doing been doing this my whole life. I am trying to change it but slip back to it sometimes. I hope he can forgive me one day.

@browneyes1339 You're more than welcome! I'll be using it on myself as well, lol. I completely understand. I'm guilty of the same thing. Being that you're aware that you hurt your target in the past; have you burned healing? I just finished healing on Thursday and I let Ahari burn for a lil over 8 hrs with the healing candle. I just didn't feel like snuffing Ahari at the 6 hr mark lol. Next up is 5th pentacle of Mercury for me. I wish you the best with your work...Happy Manifesting!!!

Burn it on both you and your target. That’s what I’m going to do when I get to this candle. I just just finished burning healing yesterday.

Typically sweetening is burned on your target... to sweeten them up to you. But, you could also burn sweetening on yourself... tailor the chant to sweeten your tongue and words. You gave me something to think about because my words could use some sweetening too.
