I did soul purge and healing for my relationship and this happened

I keep having dreams of different random scenarios, I keep thinking of ways I could’ve handled things different in our relationship, I realized I have traumas to heal around sex , and I’ve been sleeping and dreaming so much lately ! Is this what this normally does ? I wonder if this means he could possibly be going thru the same sort of things ?
