It’s a spelled candle so you can light it any day of the week. As far as chants, base it around what you want the target to be obsessed and loyal to John is obsessed with calling me, spending time with me etc. John is loyal to me and only me. Or you can use it on you I’m obsessed with self care, I’m obsessed with losing weight etc
