I lit unhex/healing/unhex I have insomnia now is that normal?

Woah I just burned U/H/H and have been struggling with sleeping or feel very sleepy after spiritual bath. Also been dealing with chronic pain flare ups which I thought i had cured myself of years ago & diarrhea so

it could all be related that the body is purging

Symptoms vary. Some ppl get diarrhea, throw up, etc.
