I’m not going to restate what others have said about tracking, shipping or email responses in regards to contacting Lala. She has whole pinned posts about that above. I will say this:
Comparing Lalas customer service response time to a Macy’s or other material goods business is apples and oranges, not to mention disrespectful of the product and process.
Those kinds of businesses ship out massed produced clothing, electronics and other items that are made by hundreds/thousands of different individuals following a pattern, or by machinery.
The Conjure is MAGIC. This is magic that deals with conjuring actual SPIRITS. These candles are NOT mass produced like that. Lala has to use her energy to heavily spell these candles, to conjure spirits, so that they work properly for us. She also has been offering us Intense candles which are harder and take longer to make because it’s combining two different spells. She also has been inundated with thousands of orders because she was nice enough to give us several BOGO sales over the past few months.
She is not obligated to do that, yet she did it so that we could order double the amount of candles for the same price. That means double the amount of work for her, and she’s still making the same amount.
You can not compare a regular retail establishment to that. It’s not like there are hundreds of a Lala’s all working at the same time. There is ONE of her. She’s human, she’s expending insane amounts of energy and working 7 days a week to get these products to us.
Understand that not getting an email response in the time you want it, usually means that she’s working to get your items out to you. I understand it can be stressful if you’re waiting on something, we just have to trust the process. If it’s been an unreasonable amount of time, then I can understand emailing and messaging on social media.
Bottom line, I’m just saying let’s be aware of what it is we’re asking for here and understand that this is not the same kind of business like a Target or Best Buy. Let’s act accordingly and send Miss Lala love, strength and above all respect.

If one can not be patient with an order... what makes you think... that the candles will work for you.. these candles are made for people who trust the process.. do not rush the process.... please believe in her work and relax!

It is hard to understand. I ordered the wrong package and tried to get in contact with someone for about 10 days. My shipment had already been processed by the time I got a response. I haven't even tried my candles yet but between the souflee and working with her daughter. I will just order early and have things on deck because I have worked with people in this field and #1 not everyone can even do what these candles do and will scam you out of thousands. And you can tell she has is not selling BS but she is not putting up with BS either. So she knows what she is putting out and is kind of like if you want it you are going to have to wait. Periodt.

I have seen order numbers after mine being shipped. I just want to know what is the hold up. My other order which is in preshipment did not have anything which could cause a delay. An update would be nice
I’ve placed 11 orders since January. Four of those orders are in preshipment now. From the time I place my order until the time it’s delivered, it has always taken around 3 weeks total, but of course I’m in the U.S. If you’re international it will always take longer due to customs of course COVID.
