I’ve had a rough week

I’ve had a very rough week with my emotions on a roller coaster and today just was not my day. Anxiety attacked me to the fullest! My depression got the best of me and I was just down and out all day long. I even took off of work and don’t ever do that like at all! Just a few moments ago I lit my intense unhex healing and halo candle using it for the healing. I did my chant non stop and held the candle in my hand about 5 minutes in spirit was trying to jump through this flame! (I’m sure you’ve all experienced the flame popping out from the sides) Well that’s what was going on! Next thing that come to my surprise was out of those pops the flame was shooting out little O’s of smoke and they were floating towards my face ❤️ you talk about someone instantly crying like a baby! I sure did!! I took it as spirit giving me a kiss and hug letting me know everything will be alright 💕 I do feel better and I do feel like my anxiety and depression are “back in it’s cage” Thank you thank you thank Lala cause today was a REALLY REALLY ROUGH DAY and a REALLY REALLY low one. Mama bear back at it! 🙏🏾😊💝
