I use this only maybe twice a month so that my hair can have a lil bit of oil in it the oils have coconut oil I belive correct me if I'm wrong but a lil goes along way so today I put a mixture of power a lil crossroads in my hair and I already feel the path way of my blockages are removed and are lifted and are going to be taken care of always protect your crown ase to that anyways pro tip grt you a good moisturizer to put in and yes you could do oil and or moisturizer but I only do this when I wash my hair and need a lil volume anyways have a beautiful day
