@Ife so that means I won’t be able to sweeten him up I would have to get a separate sweetening candle for him ?

Yes. OR You can chant for both spells at the beginning. Or chant for Sweetening half way through the candle. That way, you can chant for yourself for DA, and your target for Sweetening.
