Is this normal?

Hi again conjure family, So I burnt my unhex candle last night and some strange things began to happen, I got into an argument with my boyfriend, I felt like crying, dizzy/light headed and I stopped caring about everything and anything; that’s the easiest way to put it. At night as I was going to sleep not sure what came over me but I started to feel anxious and very shaky, I was getting goose bumps but I was really hot I kept waking up because I was struggling to sleep due to me feeling anxious and hot yet my feet were cold, at one point I even felt like something was touching my duvet which was strange as I was too hot to cover myself with anything but the strangest thing that happened was that I started dreaming of lighting my candle up again and drawing a strangers face/portrait and still feeling anxious about the whole thing, usually when I feel anxious I feel like throwing up and I was experiencing that in my dreams every time I would light my candle up or be in a public situation in my dreams. I randomly woke up at 7:35 am and again at 9am which never happens because I’m not a morning person and I went back to sleep but I could distinctively smell sage and smoke every time I woke up but I knew everything was turned off. If anyone has any similar experiences or anything that could explain this it would be much appreciated.
