Grand rising everyone! I am about to tell y’all how wonderful Lala’s customer service is!. So I received my last order which was from June 19 sale last week. So I open my box and realized that there’s a candle missing. So I email her on Friday morning, let her know what candle was missing and gave her my order number, as well as sent pictures for proof. By Monday afternoon, the mailman was knocking at my door with my package! So I said all of that to say Lala is definitely on her sh** when it comes to her customers satisfaction. She isn’t lying when she says that she wants everyone to receive ALL products ordered! So just let her work. EVERYONE and I MEAN EVERYONE will receive their orders. Just be patient. Let her focus her blazing energy on conjuring, blessing and spelling them candles and oils so we can give her some 🔥 reviews! A huge huge thank you to lala and the conjure team for your 💥 customer service! 😀
