Justice Candle? Please!

What about situations where the law isn't involved or the only enemy involved (like in my case). I actually worked the Stop, and War candles, and many others on my situation, and it did indeed stop the persons I used it on, but my situation is so much bigger than a couple of people. I was the target of a whole hate group 26+ people deep, protected by cops and officers of the courts. I want to punish them, and that has not happened from a sort of trickle down effect left over from the candles burned. It stopped it, and now I want an eye for an eye. I want to sit them down, so they can reflect on what they have done, so they never do it to anyone else again. I want them to lose shit, like jobs, homes, money, love and health. The thing about hate groups is... if no one goes to jail or gets put down, they just reassemble like Voltron to attack the next target.
