So a few weeks ago I got my package and noticed that my Ahari candle wick was way off center; Lala had reached out to me and offered to send me another Ahari 🤍! I received my package last week but was sent the Ahari Soufflé instead , I sent lala an email that I didn’t receive the replacement candle but the soufflé instead , Auntie was really sweet and gave her apologies she offered to send the candle right away and that I can keep the extra Ahari soufflé ! That is awesome customer service and I will be always extra patient when waiting for my orders because auntie is a saint and she wholeheartedly cares about her work and her clients. 💛💛 since we can keep the Ahari jar I’m going to plant sunflowers in it ! Thank you lala and the conjure team for fixing this issue swiftly !
