Light headed, hot, and light sweat

Ok so boom.

Tonight I lit the 3 pentacle of Sun and the strangest things started to happen to me after I sat down.

So lets start from the beginning. Last night (Saturday ) I knew that I would be doing a candle lighting today(Sunday) so I took a spiritual bath and got some goodT sleep. I woke up at 7am smoked some banging ass herbs , ate breakfast , and started running my errands and handling my business. Y'all I got home and scrubbed it down! I mean scrubbed it down like my ancestors were about to descend here to do an inspection 😂. Anyway, I cleaned up, cooked, ATE, put the kids to bed, and showered. I used my sage and santo stick on myself and house and finally lit my candle at 10pm. After I sat down for a few mins, I started to feel light headed and hot. It felt as if my skin was wet, but it wasn't. I know I was taking a min to get to this point but I wanted y'all to see that, although I was doing a lot today, I still made sure I ate. The only time I feel like this is if I do not eat OR I'm sick. And I'm not sick...

Has this happen to anyone else? Do you think it was spirit, or?? And I'm 29, so I can't be going through the change lol
