I’ve never seen it this dramatic. But have you been lighting and relighting for short period of time? That might be it
Hi love, if you have a long match (or bbq skewer) you can push this through the candle right next to the wick to make your wick “bigger” and therefore get a larger flame which should melt the wax more evenly. Hope that helps!
