Mine has been on chill mode. But I feel super relaxed. I’ve lit it twice and I was waiting on black or white smoke and it was just chilling
Yes it’s normal for the flame to be low. As long as it’s not going out, I would leave it alone and let it burn slow and steady. There’s nothing wrong with slow and steady.
