Quick question, if I have a LWA altar set up just giving honor to that LWA on her day, but not petitioning anything, can I still light one the spelled candles for love in a different area since technically I’m not conjuring or since I’m not petitioning anything from the LWA, or would that be considered disrespectful? And does the time of day you do your workings really matter, like for a it matter if you do them during the day or night. I read somewhere that depending on your intent that that you should do your workings either doing the day or at night...but I’m not sure that’s necessarily true.

No. That not be considered disrespectful to me. If you have no reason to petition them why would you? But I would mosf def. Burn candle work that is not related to the LWA away from their altar. If you are using a conjure candle which has a seal on it you will have to conjure spirits based on planetary hours and times but if you are using a spelled candle without a seal it can be burned on any day
