Magick in a Hurry

I have seen a few posts on this forum o people asking if they can burn this many candles, that many candles, one candle after another, etc. Yes, you can. However think of this: You’re hosting a dinner party. One person is gluten-free, the other is a vegan and another one eats only fish. You have to make appetizers, the main course plus dessert (don’t forget the dairy-free dessert for that vegan!). How exhausting is that? Would it be easier to focus on just one thing? That’s how magick is when you burn multiple candles or burn them back to back. Of course, there are candles that go together. I would definitely burn Good Fortune with Ahari or Perhaps even Power with Ahari. I would burn multiple conjure candles provided they are of the same planet. Then after you light the candles, let them burn out (I’m referring to spelled candles here). Some people want to light Deadly Attraction, make yourself into a sex god/dess so you can bring that bae over and then switch immediately to money work. Give it some time. Let the first spell germinate, start sprouting seeds. Magick is also in the mind so when you light Ahari and Power together, hoping your business will improve, stick with it. Focus on one intent at a time. Pick a week and say to yourself: “This is the week where we are working on all things money related and business.” So light the 5th Pentacle of Mercury or Crossroads, light Good Fortune and Ahari, light the 4rd Pentacle of the Sun. But let some time go in between these candles so each candle can do its job. Don’t light a bunch of candles hoping to attract money and then turn around and light DA the next day. You have to stay mindful of the candle. Let it burn, chant whenever you walk past it, nurture the candle as you would nurture a delicate plant. And then and only then when your magick for ONE ISSUE is done should you move onto the next issue. Of course this is all my opinion and based on my experience. However, if you burn Crossroads on a Monday, Good Fortune on a Wednesday and DA on a Friday the spirits and the energy itself may end up tangled. Remember how exhausted, confused and frazzled you were in the kitchen cooking dinner for your guests with their specific dietary requirements? That’s how it feels when you light candles, not related to one another, back to back. Give them time to breathe, give them time to create movement, allow them to take root and make things happen for you. Lala’s candles are powerful, they have brought me so much, but I’m mindful of what I light and when. I’m a huge fan of the 3rd Pentacle of the Sun. It seems to work great for me when it comes to bringing in business. It’s wonderful. I light it on a Sunday perhaps once a month but after I do, I give it time to work. I let the spirits invoke do their thing before I move onto another candle. Space your candles out, give them their own individual time in the spotlight and your attention and I promise you, you will create a reality for yourself that you will love thanks to Lala’s candles and expertise.
