Hey ladies! I have a quick question about manifesting. I have REALLY strong feelings about things at times, to the point it brings tears to my eyes. Well lately I have been manifesting on some of those feelings and it brings me this sense of peace and a euphoric feeling, then all of a sudden something negative will pop in my head and bring a little sadness. Any tips on trying to control those sad/negative thoughts? I don’t want it to interfere with my manifesting. ✨

I was the same way back in June until I started meditating. I’ll sometimes meditate in pure darkness & my meditation music is Trigger protection mantra by Jhene Aiko. It truly helps you focus.

I agree with Vette. When that happens to me, I just say Everything is working out for my highest good, and keep saying it until that other thought leaves.
Just switch your thought back to Happy ones, ones that make you feel like you back in control its fear trying to creep in and cause doubt
