Hey everybody, so I just got a package and my candle and eriss are melted. Is there a way to remelt the candle So I can burn without having to bother Auntie Lala For a replacement?
For the Eriss, I had the same issue and contacted them. I was told to use a fork to whip the Eriss back up then stick it in the refrigerator to it solidifies.
For eriss I know that I’ve read on a few posts that you can put them in the fridge for a few hours.
I was actually wanting to post recently asking about the Eriss, because I had a package of four that all arrived totally melted just like yours… And I was wondering if it affects the product and it’s abilities?
If you don’t have a candle warmer, you might be able to set the candle on a pan on the stove on the lowest heat and it will slowly melt it back into place, especially if the candle is in a tin will be easiest.
Yeah the eriss is fine I was more so trying to figure out how I could melt the candle back so I can use it. Thank you!!
Contact order services. You can still use the eriss. Get a wax melter for the candle.
