I live in Las Vegas. When I ordered my Eriss, we weren’t in hot temps yet. But two days ago we went from 78 to 100 and it’s been hot ever since. My order arrived today but my soufflés are completely melted thanks to the heat. Does anyone know if they can be fixed or rewhipped?

I store my soufflés in the refrigerator when I recieved them.
Yeah, I live in a desert and I’ve had to put some of my soufflés in the fridge. Scared about my candles because it’s gonna hit the 100s pretty consistently 😭
Just put it in the fridge for a few minutes. I did that and good to go.
I know this other company I order from their body butters melt too. And she's going to have ice packs in the boxes if we want to pay extra for it.
