Good morning Family. I’ve looked through so many post trying to find where you communicate about missing orders with not a single bit of luck. I’ve tried sending a message via chat, replied to the original shipping email as well as sent a message via the website. Does anyone have suggestions as to how to reach someone about a missing order/items. As mentioned above, I tried replying to the shipping confirmation that was emailed to me. Thanks in advance.
