Hello my beautiful conjure family. I need advice on this particular situation. I have a client who made a purchased from my store. She returned one item and I refunded the money. Well, this client went ahead and did a charge back for the entire amount which means she plans on keeping the two other products and the money she paid me. If she does this, I’m in the hole pretty much for $7,000. What this client did is not right and shady. What candle can I use for this situation to work out towards my benefit and have the client remove the charge back? Actually if you have the signed receipt from the client and send it to the credit card company the crate back won’t go threw. I have clients that do that all the time at my hotel
