I have heard that the Alpharetta location has problems with that. Not sure where you’re at but that does sound puzzling. Maybe an attempt to contact the Post Office.

It's still on the way to you. There's a few centres it has to check-in at. After regional, it then makes it way through the network, at a location closer to you.... The fact they've confirmed they have it and it's arriving later than expected is a good sign.

Remember spirit knows when you need it, hopefully by the New Year so you start it off right🥰🩷

You can do a missing mail search or put in a help request with USPS. It’ll start to move after that

I placed an order September 1 and did not receive it until November. I received the tracking number and notification that the order had been accepted and received I continued to follow the tracking number and it had gone to the Alpharetta Georgia post office and sat there for numerous weeks with no movement. The label had been received, but the product had never arrived. I emailed numerous times to Customer Support and even on this privatechat to Layla. I did receive it in November after numerous attempts because their customer service has to investigate where the product is looks like it has not been shipped on your end.

One of my packages showed up with the wrong item & Ive been emailing customer service & getting no response yet she just released all products again. I truly love Lala but no business is above being critiqued just because it’s a spiritual business. 4 months to wait for an order is outrageous

I had a similar situation ordered product back in very beginning of September(Labor Day weekend) and receive my product in November. It did take many emails and also posting on this chat thread, but Personal under my name,

after several attempts I did get a response. And many prayers honestly to ask the ancestors to help and I did receive my product probably around three weeks ago. The Postal Service said the same thing and it was out of the Alpharetta location I was very concerned for quite a bit

But thankfully, I did receive my product and I have since ordered and am anticipating arrival. I do hope they continue to stay on top of things and assist customers

I wouldn't think it mattered, the spirits attached to the coin I wouldn't think are bound by the casing. I like to carry more than one so I've been keeping them in the cases so they don't jingle jangle, in my purse, or my cargo pants pocket. I have taken it out to hold it, or my jeans pockets keep it secure. I feel they're effective. All but the Reno so far, even when coupled with the wealth coin & Q8. But, I'm trusting the process my request is a pretty tall order so I'm patiently awaiting the shifts and alignment needed.

Only for the protection not for the beauty. I feel beauty would be best put in a carrier oil and maybe rose or jasmine oil added for scent. Or make a bar soap, or place on a candle. Lots of options with beauty. With all of them actually.

Sorry tried to share what another user posted. You can find some helpful times under the forum. Click the search “glass” type in the name of the candle(s) and many results will come up. Some of the candles aren’t in the booklet so a lot of ppl have posted helpful chants, etc… in the forum.

Place picture of both under candle in a ex. Chant (John doe and Jane doe) are no longer seeing each each other. They are no longer craving attention from each other. They are no longer speaking to each other. Tweak to your needs
