You could try gluing the seal as some have suggested. However, the thing is with such an error you don't know what candle it is.

What was their response? They kept sending me the link to the website for the God seal

They asked me to take a pic and send my order slip but I threw the order slip away but I did send pics with my order number

I've had a situation where I received a candle with the incorrect seal. I sent an email to Orderissues@theconjure.com and received a replacement. It took a while for it to get shipped, but my request for a replacement was accommodated. The seal is the most important part of Solomonic Magick, it is ultimately what you're paying for .... you actually don't need the candle, but you must of the seal if you're working with any of the 44 Pentacles.

@Ashley Jackson The seal has to be on the candle for it to work. You can print the seal and secure it to the candle.

Like someone else said the spelled crossroads will still work but you have to activate the solomonic seal in order to conjure the spirits.

@Starchild Perfect idea 💡 since the spirits are bound to the seal without that you can’t conjure anything.

Ummmm, Solomonic Magick lies in the seal. The spirits are attached to the seal. While the spell for the spelled part of the candle will work, the conjure will be mute because you're not presenting a seal.

@Ashley Jackson both of my 4pom/halo came plain no seal I emailed them about it

My Crossroads/5Merc candles came the same way. They will not work w/o the seal on them. I also wouldn't cut the seal off the box and attempt to glue it or place it on the candle. I sent an email to Order Issues. I'll wait for her to rectify the issue.
