I am sending this message regarding my October 2023 order #178782. Seven items were missing from that order. I sent an email and was asked to take pictures of the items I received. I did and emailed the photos but I still did not receive the missing items. I followed up several times using the same email thread and I have not received the 7 missing items. The missing items are:

I did and emailed the photos but I still did not receive the missing items. I followed up several times using the same email thread and I have not received the 7 missing items. The missing items are:
-War Bundle - STFU candle
-Devotion Bundle - Obsession candle
-Prosper Souffle
-11 Master Spells Oil
-Crossroads Body Oil
-3rd Pentacle of Mars
-Supreme 3
I am also waiting on orders #215100 and #219088.
