Is it normal to not receive a order placed email? I placed my order Feb 13 and have yet to receive an order received email or my order. The payment has been paid in full. What’s going on? Also my friend ordered after me and received her candles. 🤦🏾♀️

To answer your question: I’ve received emails confirming my orders. Nothing after that. My packages arrive a month later. I usually order on the website and use the app to check-in on status of shipping. Change from awaiting to shipped. I personally have a FedEx account set-up and have set my notification preferences. When a label is created, there is an expected delivery date, or some time of delay they text me. I also receive confirmation of delivery. I have not personally revived a tracking number via email from the conjure website or wix app. But if you check everyday when they status does change the tracking number can be found at the bottom of your your order. Doesn’t hurt to send a quick inquiry to the order issues email address with the order number (in the app or the website). Which I believe I read you’ve already done. However if you don’t have an order number from either platform then you may want to message/email her privately. Good luck

With a few of my orders I never received a confirmation email but I still got my products
Yall have to be patient the candles will come sometimes it takes 1 to 2 months to get them. Realize each item is heavily spelled or conjured which has to be done right in order for us all to see results.
I'm still waiting on an order from February 11. I sent an email to order issues and got a response about orders being delayed due to her opening a new warehouse or something. Then I got a FedEx message that a label was created for the order, but I haven't gotten any other updates. It hasn't been picked up by FedEx yet so it's not on the way.
