My ex and I broke up about a month and a half ago. Completely cut me out and ghosted me out of his life and not sure why. I have sent text messages no response and even emails no response. How can you tell if you are having movement? I don’t think that I have. I have lit UHH and then did CR. Not sure if I need to do Sweetening or Rekindle. How will I know if there is movement? Is it when he makes some type of contact or other ways? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do healing for both of you then try sweetening. But change your mindset to a positive one and raise your vibration also. This helps spells manifest.
