I placed a order last month Jan 12th to be exact and still haven’t gotten my tracking from the App. I ordered twice after that from the website and received one order and tracking for the next. I have emailed a few times and haven’t gotten a response. I don’t know what to do as the money has been taken out my account. FYI my orders are only candles no halo water. I hope LaLa see my message. Thank you.

Lala just moved into a new facility and she said that she will be getting back to her emails shortly. I think she posted it on instagram. In the future you can try and order off the website. That's what I do, I have heard the app has issues
